Cardiac characterization strategy for clinical assistance of cardiopathies diagnosis
.
This project aims to develop an automatic or semi-automatic strategy to assist the clinical diagnosis of certain cardiopathies. It aims to reduce the inter-reader variability, produced when data is taken and treated (echocardiography) without having an unique characterization protocol, that means, each cardiologist measures certain characteristics in his opinion. This project aims to reduce this variations offering an opinion about what´s being observed. Image from: https://www.creatis.insa-lyon.fr/Challenge/CETUS/index.html
