DDTI:An open access database of thyroid ultrasound images

The digital database of Thyroid Ultrasound Images, is an open access resource for the scientific community. The support of this project was provided by Universidad Nacional de Colombia , CIM@LAB and IDIME ( Instituto de Diagnostico Medico). The main purpose of the Dataset is the development of algorithms to apply CAD systems in the analisys of thyroid nodules. On the other hand, the database pretends be using as a training and teaching tool for the new radiologists. The database contains 99 cases and 134 images. Each case is presented as a XML file with the expert´s annotation and patient´s information. Monthly new cases will upload with its respective information.
