Inconsistencies Detection in Electronic Health Record

The aim of this project is to develop a tool that automatically or semi-automatically detects inconsistencies registered in the different components of the electronic medical record. An information is inconsistent or incoherent when the relationships of a particular domain are somehow altered. The present project will establish the diagnostic flow in patients from the toxicology service of the Universidad Nacional and will construct not only upon current regulations, but also on the existing controlled vocabularies for the specialty of Toxicology.
