Mechanical engineer from Universidad del Valle, Master in mechanical engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia and is currently a PhD student in mechanical engineering and mechatronics at Universidad Nacional de Colombia linked to the research group CIM@LAB. He has worked in the analysis and mechanobiological modeling of the development of synovial joints and in structural and finite element analysis in biomechanics of orthopedic devices. Currently, he is working in medical image processing, especially echocardiography, modeling cardiac behavior and supporting research projects in cardiology.
